Cooperation in the field of international education is one of the priority and promising areas of the bilateral Ukrainian-Pakistani cooperation.
Currently hundreds of Pakistanis have been educated in Ukraine in the National Aviation University; Kharkov State Technical University of Civil Engineering and Architecture - has semi-centennial traditions of specialists training for international community; National Ukrainian Academy of Arts is a state scientific and artistic institution in the field of art, culture, and art history in Ukraine; Igor Sikorsky Kyiv polytechnic institute; Vinnitsa National Medical University; Kharkiv National Medical University.
In this regard, on June 27, 2012 Pakistanis, who studied in Ukraine established their own association - the Pakistani Alumni Association of Ukrainian universities. The First All-Pakistani Congress of the Association was held on September 26, 2013 in Islamabad.

There is a great potential for cooperation in cultural sphere between Ukraine and Pakistan.
The successful project on issuing famous joint Ukrainian-Pakistani stamp “Mohenjo Daro – Trypillia” became a vivid example of such cooperation.
Another step towards enhancement of bilateral interaction in cultural and humanitarian field was publishing a book of Ukrainian translations of the renowned Pakistani poet Mr. Irshad Ullah Khan.

The current legal base provides the necessary basis for further development of bilateral relations.
However, a number of drafts treaties have been remaining under consideration in Ukraine and in Pakistan:
1. The Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan about mutual recognition of documents on higher education, scientific degrees and academic titles;
2. The Agreement between the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training of Pakistan on Cooperation in the field of Education;
3. The Agreement on academic, cultural and scientific cooperation between the National University of Modern Languages and Kyiv National Linguistic University.
