I would like to extend sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 25-th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

I want to stress traditionally friendly and constructive nature of the relations between Ukraine and Pakistan in all spheres of mutual interest.
I hope for further activation of dialogue between the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the National Assembly the Islamic Republic of Pakistan that will enhance the bilateral cooperation.

I take this opportunity to extend my best wishes to you, Excellency, good health, inspiration and success in your important legislative activity, and peace and prosperity to the people of Pakistan.
