21/03/2017 on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Ukraine and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan at the School of International Relations and Political Studies of University "Quaid-e-Azam" held an online conference with the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.

With great interest the event was perceived by students, professors and staff of the media. The event was inaugurated by H.E. Ambassador of Ukraine to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan V.I.Lakomov and the  H.E. Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Ukraine Attar Abbas. The main speakers were: Director Institut International Relations of National Taras Shevchenko University professor Valeriy Kopiyka, Director of the School of International Relations and Political Studies, of "Quaid-e-Azam University"  professor.Nazir Hussain, doctors  Olena Bordylovska and Pavlo Ignatiev, Professor Farhan Sidikki. After the conference, students were able to get answers to their questions about Ukrainian-Pakistani bilateral relations.

The event was held in a friendly atmosphere of mutual understanding.
